As for the quality of the connection the model is typical for Nokia, no any troubles, everything is all right. The volume of the 16-tone polyphonic call signal is rather high and it may be heard in different conditions. The melodies are typical and there are no any improvements, the polyphony capabilities are inferior to the majority of the devices by different manufacturers in the market. There is no support for mp3 files but it is possible to set a dictaphone record (AMR file) as a call signal. The vibrating alert is average in power and may be either felt from the overcoat or missed as well. And in the end we have the following results for the model. High price, basic set of characteristics, nice design distinguishing from the current company line. If you like the appearance of the device and need nothing more than calling and basic functions then you can surely peer at it. The absence of mp3 looks more like an anachronism today and demeans the device to many.

My review of the 6020:On my first glance on the phone I was charmed by its lines and stile. The phone is very good engineerd and very praticle. Furthermore the menu of the 6020 is simple like all nokia phones and generic like its counterparts. It is from my vast experience with mobile phones (and mind I at I had a lot till now) that I say that I was impressed with the overall look of the 6020 but like all mobiles they all have some features they lack.For example: The 6020 lacks bluetooth which is compensated in the later model of 6021.... This is the principal flaw of the 6020, this and the lack of mp3, bigger memory harddisk (max is 2 mb!!!!), the camera which is vga, and the costs of the accessories of this modelOverall the 6020 is a good phone with voice dial and the battery life is superberb. I give it a 6 on a scale from 1 to 10!
