I had this phone for 8 months. Generally, it is a good phone - the built-in GPS software works well, and doesn't take up too much room - as long as you don't have too much of any map stored at any one time (I had full UK installed and then installed the speed camera database which caused the GPS software to crash every few minutes with a memory problem). The touch screen is responsive and easy to use, and call quality is impressive, compared to my previous phones (SPV C500 and SE T610).From a theming perspective, I wouldn't touch this phone at all, theming is all done manually, with graphic sheets and icons packaged using a Perl editor. There are not many themes available, and trying to create more was painstakingly difficult.Installing software on this phone was very tricky, maybe because it runs on Linux and I had no knowledge of how it works, but for a mobile phone most users would expetc to be able to copy a setup program to the phone and click on it to install - this one involved running other routines that also had to be loaded first and put in to the phone's startup folder. Even following any instructions left me with only a 75% chance that the installation would work. This phone is big. Not in height or width - you'd expect that from a PDA-style phone - this phone has a lot of physical depth to it, which makes it awkward to hold and annoying to carry in a pocket.Overall, for me I did not enjoy my time with this phone - I got it for the built in GPS, but that was all this phone had going for it in my opinion.
