I-mate JAM Review

anyone got an opinion on this or has one, i'm thinking of getting the t-mobile mda compact version? is there much difference, as i heard it may need a RAM expansion of sorts.might get a PDA instead, but cos of the size of the i-mate jam and and features, i'm thinking of getting it instead...
