formating your memory card will not solve this ...
the only thing I KNOW that can solve it is to take it to someone that can fix phones. they will flash it for you and it will be new again and will work without pass word . it worked for me

File explorer the software you needed available one Mobile9 web site..... or it can be found on Getjar.com....

what you hav to do its just simple....

1 download the application..on your pc
2 connect the mobile via pc suit...
3 store tha application through pc suit....on phone memory...
4 through the software you will be able to remove your password of memorycard..
