how can i format my phone and put a new software for it?

first press *#7370# for formet
when its coplete
then press *#0000# then option then check for updates
all done

To do this I recommend you to make a backup of you phone data using nokia pc suite backup utility.

Charge your battery untill it is fully charged.

To start Hard Formatting switch of your phone.
No need to remove your memory card or sim card.

Now hold the green button(call button) with one hand, the numerical 3 button and asterik button(star button) with your second hand.

Now you will require a third hand to switch on your phone.

keep pressing the call, numerical 3 and asterik button till the phone is switched on(untill you see the home screen) and you hear the nokia starting tone.

now you will have to enter your location and the time zone and you're ready to go...........
