First connect your phone with pc using a data cable

Then in the phones interface select mass storage mode

then a window will automatically open
(If nothing happens goto My computer and look for a removable drive, select it and press enter)

now make a folder Application
and paste all your applicaion(your phone supports only jar file only)

after pasting your applications
disconnect your mobile
(click on the safely remove hardware button
on the taskbar to safely disconnect your phone with pc)

now on your phones interface click menu
then goto application then collection to see all the installed applicaion.
