Is their a video editor available for 诺基亚 N96?

I have looked for the video editor found on the N95 on my phone but it dosent seem to be there. I found a third party application called ArcSoft video editor but my phone says "Unable to install, component is built in". This is annoying because it isn't built in at all.

Is their any other good video editing applications that will allow me to cut, stitch and add effects to my videos?
