go to phone setting than go to restore factory settings
put your security code......... primary code security code-12345
same answer for phone memory. for memory card go to memory card and select format option
Formatting the phone simply means to restore its original settings. You can do the same in settings or by dialling *#7370#.
Please note that this formats your phone memory and not the memory card(if available).
You must backup your contacts and other important files either on memory card or on your PC.
