IS there any way to format its internal memory without using phone lock code

if u want to reset ur phone to one u get when u bought it, GO to Menu then settings then master reset then master reset all...
if u never change the phone lock password, simply enter 0000

WARNING: ur phone will be reset to factory setting (like 品牌 new phone)
so backup ur contacts, and ur data files(photos, ringtones, music, etc...) to PC first before u do this Master Reset ALL... gud luck
