You can't reset it.
you have the only option that install a new software to your phone.your all internal memory will be lost

You don't have to reset the code. If you reset it, your whole phone memory will be lost.
Instead, use Nemesis Service Suite (NSS) to read it from the phone. That way nothing will be deleted!
