Only Symbian phones.
Not any software...But your cellphone can lock your memory card.

ya there is not any soft that can lock your phone but u can hide ur folders in ur memo card add me and i tell u how.
bro there is no need of software's. you gallery and you will find memory card there. click option and you can lock your memory card with password.

02 Aug， 6:24AMAccording to your cellphone which is Symbian Series 40 2nd Edition, there's no software that can lock your memory card. There are softwares for Symbian 60 series cellphones but not for S40 that's your's.
