I've the same. But now i fix it.
Iam using bolt to upload wallpapers
ucweb 4 symbian apps,ringtone,flash,screensaver
opera8.65 4 java apps(though i'm using my mobile)
so my advice is to try uploading in different browser.
I think uploading also depends on time in which u upload.

Ya sometimes it does so...this might be due to the following reasons:-
1)Wrong File extension of the main file...
2)Wrong dimensions of the picture provided..
3)Inapropriate format of the picture or the music..
4)Unfilled Particulars..
5)Larger Size of the files than what is accepted...
Next time when it does so check that nothing of what mentioned above happens...and make your gallery bigger and bigger..
try to change extension of image
it's because of wrong format of file that u wan't to upload or wrong resolution of preview image
